Reviews and Ratings
I was thrilled with the large rooms offering fantastic views of the beautiful lake from big balconies, especially during dawn and dusk, but they are in dire need of a refresh. The service was nice, albeit with varying levels of helpfulness. The location at Sun Moon Lake is one of the most beautiful I've ever been to, designed by the late Kerry Hill. The dining experience was awesome, offering a great variety, especially in the morning.
The hotel rooms are so beautiful and relaxing, with thoughtful design and a view of the changing colors of the lake. The spacious and comfortable rooms are exquisite, offering a serene experience. However, the service was sometimes inattentive and resources seemed focused on expansion rather than maintaining the property. The location is touristy but boasts breathtaking views of Sun Moon Lake. The dining experience was awesome, especially enjoying tea by the lake and excellent Chinese cuisine. The facilities are top-notch, adding to the overall experience.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of beauty and the need for a bit of TLC. The rooms offered stunning views of the changing colors of the lake and were designed exquisitely, although they showed signs of requiring refurbishing and maintenance. The spaciousness and comfort were undeniable, but the view was somewhat obstructed by trees.
Wow! The hotel rooms overlook the lake and are so beautiful and relaxing. You can see the lake in all its changing colors, especially during dawn and dusk. However, the rooms are in need of refurbishing and maintenance. The service provided was helpful, but some aspects need improvement. The location is one of the most beautiful I've ever been to, with breathtaking views of Sun Moon Lake. The dining experience was simply perfect. The facilities are impressive.
I had a luxurious and classy stay at the hotel with large rooms boasting big balconies offering stunning views of the beautiful lake. However, the view was somewhat blocked by trees. The service was friendly and in line with most five-star properties, but there was noticeable lack of proper staff allocation. The location was absolutely breathtaking, sitting high on a hillside with panoramic views of Sun Moon Lake in Taiwan. The dining experience was delightful, especially at the tea house overlooking the lake, although it could get hectic at times.
